Just a quick update. I hope to write a longer post and take some garden photos at the weekend.

The leaves are falling like rain - and it's cold - really cold. We had our first serious frost this morning - and my poor begonias and impatiens are looking quite frostbitten. But that's not bad for summer bedding plants - they've lasted right through until yesterday. I can see I'll be pulling them out at the weekend, and hopefully I'll get the last of the bulbs in.

Even though it's cold, the sun has been glorious for the last couple of days. Looking out of the window, I can imagine the warmth of the summer sun ! Gosh - I'm so looking forward to spring, and we haven't even got into December yet. What a wimp !
