About Living in a Box

  • 2007 will be the year of change in this little house and garden we call "The Box". We have been renting this house for 2 years, and never did much with it (or the garden) as we thought we'd be buying our own home. But we are likely to be here another few years before we can buy, so we are making the house and garden more comfortable. I am also looking for an allotment nearby.

Rosy Pagoda

Now isn't that a beautiful sight ! It's the Clematis - Rosy Pagoda, and that is a photo of mine with the flowers about to open. Gorgeous. I speak to it every day. It's in a pot as I don't want to make it a permanent dweller in this garden. When we buy our own home eventually, it's coming with me. At the moment, it's only about 2 feet high, but I expect it to grow well this year as I will be taking extra special care of it.
