I am still having a lot of problems with my shoulders as the right shoulder is often quite sore when I train. I am not increasing the weights but just working out with as much concentration as I can, and within the pain limits. If I feel it is too sore I will stop and give it a rest.
The human body is amazing. We are constantly renewing cells all the time. Some are renewed daily and others take a lot longer. It is with this thought in mind that I believe - if I am not stupid about training I can cause some wonderful things to happen. I am stimulating muscles all the time and the cells are renewing themselves - which in my mind means I can do a lot of repairing myself.
I am sure that is why with the the few operations I have ever had in my life I have recovered so quickly that the Doctors have always been totally impressed.
I am really enjoying doing the one arm dumbbell rows and am feeling quite a difference after the training is over.
The bike training is just to burn off a little extra fat. Even though it is hard work, it is for a very good reason and that makes it quite rewarding.
