I might have missed the actual training but as I have said, I have trained in my mind and so came back to the same weights that I left off with. It's like I've never stopped.
I have not messed around with the weights and followed the exact plan for Chest, Triceps and Biceps.
I did cheat slightly with the Biceps and swung the weights up on one or two of the final reps. That was only on the 40 kgs weights though.
It is absolutely great to sweat. I normally do not sweat much when I train weights but certainly did tonight.
The bike ride was awesome. Programme 9 for 17 minutes.
