Day 69 training big triceps with triceps push downs
You have to watch out that you don't use your upper body to push the weights downs because you have gone heavy. Its so easy to lean over the weight and then push it down. The answer is to stand straight upright and keep your elbows tucked in to your sides and then push the weight down so only the triceps do the full exercise. You might not be able to go too heavy doing it this way but you will get much better results when the muscle has to do all the work.
I continued with my 5x5 training and my pushdowns were amazing.
