I did a short video on Hints and Tips for chest training on Youtube - Bazblog. I'll upload it in the next post. What an amazing response. I followed my own advice and did the actual weight rotation for PECS when I trained. Today I am stiff, so that was an excellent workout.
Each time you go into the gym to train with weights, you must have an explosion experience in at least one of the body parts you are working out. Yesterday was Chest building for me. Every movement was intense and I can feel the benefit. My chest still feels hard today and that is a great feeling.
I also put in a real effort with the arms training. I noticed that because I had an "I can train hard" attitude. I did increase the weights and worked out heavier than I have so far. I have also just put up a small mirror and was able to see myself do the exercises. That helped a lot. It gives a really good feeling when you see the muscles contracting and getting bigger during the training.
I have had some really good workouts but yesterday seemed to be a bit special. Maybe I felt it was so good because I am now training to build on a really good foundation. I have started a new phase of my training and that is very exciting.
