Food Day 29 Free day
Today started out as a normal eating day but then I ended up making it a free day.
I was very strict with oats and protein and then a protein shake along with the normal coffee and etc. for the first part of the day. Then it happened and I suddenly got the craving for junk food. My mother-in-law brought home a wonderful cake and my eyes convinced my stomach how great it was going to be to have some so I gave in. lol I thought, no problem instead of Sunday being the free day I will just make Saturday the free day. You can do that. The only problem would be if you make more than one day a free day in the week. Later in the evening I had some ginger nuts and chocolate digestives. I ended up with stomach pains from the wheat etc. I have a dairy and wheat intolerance. Silly how we punish ourselves just for the taste of something that is not good for us anyway. Never mind what is done is done and tomorrow is another day. I will make it a great day.
